Training
CS has created two surefire workshops to address this vitally important issue:
- The "Diversity Awareness Workshop" promotes relationship development in a diverse workforce and introduces many factors that may affect individuals and their interpersonal relationships.
- "Managing in a Diverse Workforce" builds upon the foundation set in the awareness session with increased emphasis on the role and function of managers as team leaders, role models, effective communicators, supervisors and performance evaluators.
- CS integrates the concepts of diversity awareness in each seminar and training program offered.
